My Work Samples
I have developed several modules using instructional design methodology, including 65+ Articulate Storyline courses, 50+ Rise courses, edited 2 video courses, designed dozens of Adobe Connect live virtual training sessions, and converted multiple PowerPoints into Storyline web-based self-paced modules. I have also developed multicultural modules to service global adult learners. The majority of my work has been in the hospitality industry, in a corporate setting, at Marriott Vacations Worldwide (MVW) and is proprietary, therefore, I am unable to share those projects, but I would be happy to discuss them. My more recent work has been in the retail industry, in a franchise environment, at The Spice & Tea Exchange, also proprietary.
Below are 4 projects I can share. The first is a concept project, the second is my project submission for the level 1 gamification certification I took through Sententia, the third was a freelance job, and the fourth was for MVW, however, any proprietary information has been replaced.
There are two choices available to view my work samples. Don't have a lot of time? Click for a quick 2-minute overview of the project which has been created in Articulate's Rise 360. Want to see more in-depth? Choose the link to experience the project in Articulate's Storyline 360.

Lifestyle Changes Experience
This concept project was created while going through the ATD Master Instructional Designer Certification program online, taught by the Association for Talent Development (ATD). Although this is not a real work sample, real Subject Matter Experts were involved to make sure the content was accurate.
This training was designed to solve a problem in the health and wellness industry, specific to heart and brain health. It is a story-driven, scenario-based, eLearning solution. The learner will experience typical day-in-the-life situations, and practice making choices in a safe, risk-free environment. This training takes approximately 15 - 25 minutes to complete depending on how often correct or incorrect answers are chosen.
Around the World in 80 Days
This is a written proposal outlining a 'gamified' approach to a multi-day, in-person training. It was designed for any company that is in the health and/or wellness industry.
There are no bells or whistle or animation of any kind in this PowerPoint presentation. Just a written proposal. It was designed and laid out as the submission assignment requested, for attaining level 1 gamification certification through Sententia.

There is only one option to view this project and depending on a person's reading speed, it could take anywhere from 10 - 20 minutes to get through to the end.
Your Identity Theft Journey
This project was a freelance job I did at the beginning of covid in early 2020. Cyberimpac always did their sales presentation in-person and needed a way to get viewers to engage online with the information and still provide the same impactful "feeling" received during the live presentation.
Taking the existing PowerPoint presentation, along with the picture flip cards that were used, plus the well prepared script, I was able to create all 3 versions of Cyberimpac's presentations into 1, by offering 3 different paths for the learner to take. Each path takes approximately 20 minutes to complete.
The Storyline sample provided here takes approximately 15 minutes to complete.

This corporate training was created in 2019 for Vistana Signature Experiences, now Marriott Vactions Worldwide. I am able to share this without crossing any proprietary boundaries because the training is about the company's public website. It was created for employees working in the call center, so they could help vacation owners who need assistance with maneuvering through the website. The photos used throughout the training were all taken with my personal cellphone while staying at one of the Vistana properties. Audio originally supplied by my co-workers' voices were replaced with a free trial of WellSaidLabs.com AI voiceover. The training takes approximately 15 minutes to complete.
