My Work Samples
I design and develop engaging training solutions using established instructional design methodologies. My experience includes creating 75+ Articulate Storyline courses, 50+ Rise microlearning modules, editing video-based courses, facilitating live virtual training sessions in Adobe Connect, and converting static content (PowerPoint and PDF) into interactive, self-paced learning experiences. I have also developed multicultural training tailored to global adult learners.
Much of my work has been produced in corporate environments, including Marriott Vacations Worldwide and The Spice & Tea Exchange, and is proprietary. While these projects cannot be shared directly, I am happy to discuss my process and impact in more detail.
Below is a curated selection of shareable work. It includes a concept project, a franchise training series, a gamification certification submission (Sententia), a freelance project, and a modified sample based on prior corporate work.
Most projects offer two viewing options:
- A quick 2-minute overview built in Articulate Rise 360
- A more in-depth interactive experience in Articulate Storyline 360

Lifestyle Changes Experience
This concept project was created while going through the ATD Master Instructional Designer Certification program online, taught by the Association for Talent Development (ATD). Although this is not a real work sample, real Subject Matter Experts were involved to make sure the content was accurate.
This training was designed to solve a problem in the health and wellness industry, specific to heart and brain health. It is a story-driven, scenario-based, eLearning solution. The learner will experience typical day-in-the-life situations, and practice making choices in a safe, risk-free environment. This training takes approximately 15 - 25 minutes to complete depending on how often correct or incorrect answers are chosen.
Beginner's Tea School
Below is part of a series that was created to assist franchise owners to help train their store associates.
Provided with a virtual stack of PDFs, I was tasked with turning pages of print into something more interesting than reading.
Three series were laid out: beginner, intermediate, and advanced. The first 5 from the beginner series are represented. They gave a basic introduction to tea.
Each lesson builds on the other, therefore, in the LMS lessons would open as the prior one was completed, plus associates could always go back to review again.
The trainings represented here have been modified to remove any images or mention of the franchisor or their product.
Each training is 10 minutes or less.

Around the World in 80 Days
This is a written proposal outlining a 'gamified' approach to a multi-day, in-person training. It was designed for any company that is in the health and/or wellness industry.
There are no bells or whistle or animation of any kind in this PowerPoint presentation. Just a written proposal. It was designed and laid out as the submission assignment requested, for attaining level 1 gamification certification through Sententia.
There is only one option to view this project and depending on a person's reading speed, it could take anywhere from 10 - 20 minutes to get through to the end.

Your Identity Theft Journey
This project was a freelance job I did at the beginning of covid in early 2020. Cyberimpac always did their sales presentation in-person and needed a way to get viewers to engage online with the information and still provide the same impactful "feeling" received during the live presentation.
Taking the existing PowerPoint presentation, along with the picture flip cards that were used, plus the well prepared script, I was able to create all 3 versions of Cyberimpac's presentations into 1, by offering 3 different paths for the learner to take. Each path takes approximately 20 minutes to complete.
The Storyline sample provided here takes approximately 15 minutes to complete.

This corporate training was created in 2019 for Vistana Signature Experiences, now Marriott Vactions Worldwide. I am able to share this without crossing any proprietary boundaries because the training is about the company's public website. It was created for employees working in the call center, so they could help vacation owners who need assistance with maneuvering through the website. The photos used throughout the training were all taken with my personal cellphone while staying at one of the Vistana properties. Audio originally supplied by my co-workers' voices were replaced with WellSaidLabs.com AI voiceover. The training takes approximately 15 minutes to complete.
